If you ordered Art + Rigging package from me, you will receive PSD. file of your model + after I'm done with rigging process you will receive model working with face tracking for VtubeStudio

I reserve the right to cancel or decline your commission if I do not feel comfortable, I feel that project is above my skill capabilities or you have become troublesome/harassing in any way. (in such situation if model has been paid amount for refund will be discussed)

My art cannot be used in any of AI art generators available (for ex.NovelAI, WaifuDiffusion etc.) and you cannot generate AI art with my artworks in any shape or form

You cannot turn my work into NFT

Model I make cannot be sold for more than I originally made it for (unless it has additional artworks, assets etc. included). It is to avoid people who try to resell models for higher prices without ever deciding to use it entirely

You have to credit me somewhere (bio on your social media, streaming service etc.) so people should not have a problem with finding who creator is

I won't take any responsibility for any misunderstanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them does not exempt from compliance.

Depending on type of payment (card, bank account etc.) you use on Paypal/Wise, or country you're from, there might be additional fees which I can’t include and dont cover

RUSH ORDER (+50-65% of the order)

You'll receive: rough sketch, cleaned up sketch, colored sketch, final product.

In sketch phase you are free to make smaller revisions but after it huge revisions (like changing of the entire pose) will have additional fee (unless discussed different with a client).

If model has mistake caused by me (for ex. I forgot to add important detail) revisions to fix it are free.

Only 1 major revision are allowed per commission placed (huge change, meaning I have to redo nearly everything), unless discussed thoroughly between the client and me.

When ordering I'll always give estimated deadline for delivery for each client, which might vary depending on type of complexity for the model, how many projects I have and my general queue. Waiting time highly depends on type of model you've ordered, so deadline will be chosen when discussing about the order (any changes will be discussed with client). You can contact me if you'd like to ask about order date

In case that deadline might move (because of me) from what was originally stated on invoice, I'll inform client about it and if new deadline is too far for client to accept then I'll either give refund (based on amount of work done) or we'll discuss compensation method (art, easier model etc.).

If client does accept new deadline then it becomes official deadline (despite what invoice said) that I'll work according to and previous one is no longer in use.

I dont update my clients on specified regular basis since I work in batches, but you can DM me whenever you want if you are concerned about the update! I'll update whenever I work on it and need extra info/ reached important milestone for ex. finishing head angles and need confirmation if everything looks okay

Refunds will be given based on how much work I've completed + how close I am to finishing + what I've discussed and accepted with a client. Hovewer, YOU NEED to be sure whenever you order from me. Chargebacks without my approval/ forcing me to refund (not due to my own negligence) will result in a blacklist which I'll most likely share with others

When ordering I'll always give estimated deadline for delivery for each client, which might vary depending on type of artwork you've ordered, how many projects I have and how complex your order is. Usually I will finish your drawing within 2 weeks-3 months (varies from client to client and type of order) upon receiving payment. You will always be informed before payment more or less how long your order will take. I plan my schedule in healthy pace, please be patient!

RUSH ORDER (+50-65% of the order): Some illustrations I can finish in time as fast as few days. If you wish to receive your art on very specific deadline thats close, fee will be applied. Meaning your order will have priority despite queue

NSFW (+30% of final price): Includes nudity and anything depicting overly sexual. Client must be of legal age in order to place an NSFW commission. If unsure if your request falls under NSFW, feel free to ask me beforehand.

ORIGINAL DESIGN (+50% of final price): Applies to commissions which concepts and design are wholly created from scratch, provided there was no existing illustrations or depictions of said concept/design from the client. Outfit designs, redesigns, Alternate designs do not fall under this additional payment.

BACKGROUNDS (no set price): Background will be either transparent, simplistic or with just few props (bush, balloons etc,), complex backgrounds will receive extra fee based on complexity

PRIVACY FEE/ NDA (no set price):I will not stream or post WIPs of your project until allowed. Price will depends on how long I have to wait with posting, if I can post it at all, if NDA will be applied and everything will be discussed with client if they wish to have it private.

If something sudden happens and I’m not able to provide art in estimated deadline, you will get option to receive refund (with rules above) or give me more time to finish it which results on you receiving apology artwork extra from me.

You can repost/reupload the commissioned piece but you have to properly credit me with my handle "Melwina17" or "Tia_Artias" and you cannot claim you are creator

Under personal use, you cannot reproduce, edit or make a profit out of it unless discussed otherwise. I do not allow my works to be used for AI generation, NFTs or any aligned purposes.

Please check commercial use table below what is personal/commercial use! In general- it applies to commissions that will be made profited off included in any profitable activities (such as games, promotional material for a project that is for profit, etc.) If unsure if your commission will require the additional commercial use payment feel free to ask me beforehand.
